This Roll of Honour was originally located in the Baptist Chapel in Rotton Row and "In memory of the old scholars who fell in the Great War, 1914-1918", lists 11 names, 10 of which also appear on the Town Memorial. The 11th name is that of J Skelly, the son of a former pastor of the chapel.

When the chapel closed and was sold for private residential use, the tablet was rescued and is now located in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall, beneath a memorial to Corporal Ernest Stringer.

The full list of names inscribed on the Roll of Honour is as follows :

H Allen ; A Burton ; A Bugby ; A Clark ; R Frankham ; W H Groom ; J Haxley ; C Mills ; J Skelly ; E Webb ; E White
